This project investigates the dynamic interplay of form, program, and concept, drawing inspiration from historic piers that have been reshaped by storm surges. Dynamic Revival introduces distinctive movement, artistic installations, and architectural elements that enrich the Jersey City skyline, while thoughtfully framing the sweeping views of the surrounding context.
